Mural 2 -- Planet Blah

It was a day just like every other day on planet Blah. Many years ago the inhabitants of this world had stopped bothering to label the days of the week, as they were all the same anyways. So today was simply today (it was actually a Friday, but that's besides the point). The people of Blah went about their daily business in their ideal world like they did every day. The creatures that lived on planet Blah were Beiges, and beige they were. Planet Blah was so idyllic and perfect that nothing exciting or interesting ever happened. And so the Beiges, who had been a fun-loving and happy bunch, had eventually degraded to what they were now--dull and tedious people.

Beiges always looked happy but were actually really tired of it all inside. Every day they did the same thing. They went to the football stadium and watched the red team win, they went to the ice cream stand in the desert and ate vanilla ice cream with a cherry on top, they watched the same whale come up for air at the same time in the same spot in the ocean, and they lived in the same houses they always had and would live in. This was the problem with Planet Blah. On the outside it appeared idyllic and fun, but after years of sameness the Beiges had gotten tired of their perfect little world.
